The parking camera at matalan/karpet Mills at Tyne Bridge retail park has made a mistake and charged me a parking fine for parking there at Matalan for over 22 hours!!! I reality we were parked there on two executive days. The first day for 30 minutes to buy some party clothes. On the second day we were returning some of the clothes we bought. This is ridiculous, who shops for that long. Also the car is needed to pick up kids at school twice daily., so impossible for it not to move from one place in 22 hours. Matalan say they have no contact with the car park owners and the car park owners give no contact details other than a number to ring to pay. I have had to write to my councilor to try to resolve this. The Tyne ridge retail park flyover is currently undergoing some work due to disrepair or collapse which may be why the parking camera had this glitch. But I cannot contact anyone to ecain this to them. I was definately NOT parked there as they suggest for over 22 hours...
